THE IRON PALM
Interest in developing the IRON PALM,IRON BODY, and so forth is currently developing as more information, some of it excellent and some of it erroneous or misunderstood, is being released by certain groups,who often combine such with attacking or stimulating the varous vital spots of the body.

I really want to develop this Lolo Halford. It's pretty destructive especially when you strike it in a vital position... BTW, its Harold :D
ReplyDeleteI have met one person who has an amazing 'iron' hand and he is in the Philippines. I will not mention his name here now as I am not sure he would appreciate it. However, some persons who know him have developed 'iron-forearms' and you can read about it in a massive volume on martial arts which I will discuss or mention some time when I have time and inclination.
