THE MOST VULNERABLE PART OF THE BODY

What is the most vulnerable part of the body? It might not be what you think it is....but perhaps you might attempt guessing.........I will not supply the answer here now....mention how to think of this and why......this will be in terms of unarmed combat, possible killing arts, and life and death situations, attacks,defenses,etc....................................... If a person will stand before you and merely stay there, arms at the sides and facing you, of course, then ask the very same question....what is the most vulnerable part of the body as you are looking at it and what technique would you use right off to devastate, to weaken, to overcome and perhaps kill the person standing in front of you....you can also make assumptions of his threats, rage, intention to attack and possibly kill you and the like....you can imagine possible attacks he will make, etc. but the idea is to determine what technique and what part of the body must be 'pre-empted' or attacked in order to either defend yourself or attack, say smiling serial killer,etc....? I should be pleased to hear and read your answers to this question and your comments.......thanks in advance..at another time, I will give you my conclusion(s)....

  1. No one yet, have given the answer that I was seeking but have mostly mentioned the more elaborate and complex areas and targets, vital spots, and so forth that are part and parcel of organized martial arts and which follow theoretical lines rather than practical, direct, effective techniques that really follow the KISS principle: KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID.....not that these people are stupid but they are concentrated and locked into certain perceptions and while they may eventually discover what I am asking and realize its simplicity, they probably have never used it in an encounter for various reasons and certainly not as an attack but there is one system that uses this attack/defense technique and also in a 'formal' sequence that is usually learned later on before the basic ones...but this technique is not confined to any system and has been used over the centuries in various ways and was also shown to WWII veterans in hand-to-hand combat as well as some OSS operatives,no doubt......Perhaps the questions needs rephrasing to WHAT AREA OF THE HUMAN BODY IS IMMEDIATELY THE MOST VULNERABLE?

  2. Halford,

Whatever target is available to whatever tools I have in the actual situation.

  3. No one except myself has posted any comments but some have left comments on my profile page on FACEBOOK....and the answers given tend to be those I expected, especially from younger, agile, powerful, youthful, flexible, martial arts enthusiasts and not from elderly masters or women.....or children.....obviously.....and their answers reflect their training and efforts, studies and experiences, and so forth...a certain attitude and perspective.....
